If the devil were to write his beatitudes, they would probably go something like this:
Blessed are those who are too tired, too busy, too distracted to spend an hour once a week with their fellow Christians in Church – they are my best workers.
Blessed are those Christians who wait to be asked and expect to be thanked ~ I can use them.
Blessed are the touchy, with a bit of luck they may stop going to church ~ they are my missionaries
Blessed are those who are very religious but get on everyone’s nerves ~ they are mine forever.
Blessed are the troublemakers ~ they shall be called my children.
Blessed are those who have no time to pray ~ they are easy prey for me.
Blessed are the gossipers ~ they are my secret agents.
Blessed are those critical of church leadership ~ for they shall inherit a place with me in my fate.
Blessed are the complainers ~ I’m all ears for them.
Blessed are you when you read this and think it is about other people and not yourself ~ I’ve got you.

Well, this is going to be short.
My laptop seems to be toast. Yesterday morning, I tried turning it on, and it just wouldn’t work. As mentioned in at least one previous post, the thing was on its’ last legs. Pray that I can find one cheap somewhere, without going to e-bay or a used one, because I cannot dip into my savings and funds for Holland due to the fact I already still don’t have enough money for that internship yet. So I will writing way fewer and way shorter blog entries until I do. Keep checking anyway because I’ll still post pictures, but since nothing really exciting spiritually is going on right now, there’s not much to write about anyway in the way of testimonials, but just stuff I’m learning or any revelation I get. I’m not sure who wants to read them, but if I come across something with sustenance I will sit down and give it to this outlet of expression. But in the meantime I will just space out quotes I’ve saved as drafts, and post them with some degree of regularity until the current computer situtation changes.
Peace for now, I’m on my mom’s computer and can’t use it for long amounts of time. The one plus side to my laptop dying on me is that it’s really good on my disciplining myself with how I spend my time and not being online for unecessarily long amounts of time.
Anyway, be blessed for now. Then after that, be cursed. J/K.
Steve
